Do I Have to use Aftermarket Parts?

You wouldn’t want the doctor using less than the best available on your personal body.  Why would you want that for your four-legged baby?  The question here is…can the insurance company make me use aftermarket or used parts in the repair of my vehicle?  The short answer is absolutely not!

Remember, you have the right to choose which parts are used in the repair and restoration of your car.  When a car has been damaged in a motor vehicle collision as the result of the negligence of a third party, you can recover costs from that negligent party or their insurance company for the damage to your car.

Can I Get a Free Ride?

This isn’t Uber or Lyft.  It is about getting a free tow for your vehicle when it is unfortunately damaged in an accident.  The towing part is a necessary evil in the process and if you have to pay for it many dollars will be added to the bottom line of the unpleasant experience.  So let’s look for a free tow!

With Arrow Body and Fender, you may qualify for free towing and storage.  There is a maximum allowance of $150…that would sure help.  We will stow it for up to 3 days.  The repairs needed on your vehicle must exceed $1000 (they usually do).  You need to use one of our recommended towing companies.
