Oh boy, there is a topic that we could devote pages and pages to.  Whether it is life, home, health, or car insurance companies they exist for one primary reason…to make money for their company’s investors!  Please do not forget that when you are working with your auto insurance provider.

Insurance companies do not WANT to pay out claims, of course, but they will.  So, if you think that the little green lizard is on your side, you may have to think twice.  Dealing with auto insurance companies when you are an auto body shop is a part of the daily routine and you had better be good at it.
