Don’t count on it, Chicagoland. March does not conform to the standard
expectation. As spring approaches what
should we expect? Well morning lows
should be around freezing on average (if there is such a thing as average around
here) while afternoon highs should rise into the fifties. Not bad, not bad at all.
Here may be the problem.
Chicago area roads are liable to ice over during the night making
driving conditions problematic at best.
The truth is, over the years we have experienced temperatures in the
single digits. The thermometer has even
gone as high as 88 degrees. Put away
your swimsuit and stay out of Lake Michigan for now!
The reason we bring this up is that you may need us before
March has run its course. Perhaps you
were driving on a previously clear, clean road one day, then overnight that
road froze over and made driving very hazardous. If you have collision damage, please remember
the name Arrow Body and Fender at 7536 W. Grand Ave. in Elmwood Park. Call (708) 456-9424.
